At Safran Café everything begins with a love for beautiful flavors, high-quality ingredients, and the comfort of a perfect slice of cake.
What started in a tiny kitchen during the 2020 lockdown, with too much butter, not enough sleep, and a deep love for cakes that taste like home (wherever home is).
What began as a home bakery grew into a warm little corner café in Bangkok, where we now serve world-famous desserts with a homemade heart.
Think: Russian honey cakes, Latin American tres leches, fresh cream Korean-style creations - all made with French cream, organic eggs, organic flour and other ingredients we're genuinely obsessed with. Our kitchen is where tradition meets soul.
