Australian Lamingtons

This lovely little cake originating from Australia reminds us much of a bounty chocolate bar. A Lamington is a compacted butter cake square covered in delightful milky chocolate ganache and dipped in desiccated coconut straight from Northern Thailand. With a distinctive sponge like texture, the Lamingtons are sure to become your next favourite cake to enjoy with a cuppa coffee.

 Best enjoyed chilled. 

Lamingtom cakes are exclusively sold by Small (8 pieces), Medium (12 pieces), and Large (16 pieces) batches. These cakes are best consumed within 3-5 days. Lamingtons must be refridgerated. 

The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
