This year the elves here at Safran Cafe have been busy creating new flavors and textures. Meet our newest Christmas cake - the Cranberry Christmas Honey Cake! A delightful cake that combines the tart brightness of cranberries with the delicate tones of honey.

The velvety soft cake layers are baked to golden perfection. We promise the gentle aroma of honey will fill you with wonder. Eight layers of cake are filled with a tangy sour cream frosting and a cranberry coulis that adds a lovely balance of textures into the layers.

We've covered this entire cake with a light and fluffy cream cheese buttercream. A lovely rosette border is filled with fresh cranberries and rosemary for the perfect holiday vibe.
