Sold exclusively as a full cake to maintain lasting freshness. This cake can be kept at room temperature for 3 days or stored in the refrigerator for 7 days. 

Best enjoyed chilled. 

The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
