Jasmine and Butterfly-Pea Cupcakes

This darling baby blue cupcake is delightfully soft and moist. This cake is topped with hand whipped buttercream carefully infused with the iconic butterfly pea flower. The cupcake itself is an incredibly fragrant vanilla-jasmine cake; This allows for a lighter and fresher taste (perfect for tea). Sliced almonds are combined into the cupcake batter to enhance texture and a sublime earthy flavour. Garnished with 24k gold leaf, and two edible butterfly pea petals.
