Passionfruit Honey Cake

A fairytale tropical twist on our classic Medovik Honey Cake. Eight layers of soft honey cake filled with fresh passion fruit compote and sour cream frosting. The perfect balance of sweet, tangy and umami. 

We've frosted the outside of the cake with cream cheese buttercream and topped with delicate rose petals and fresh passion fruit compote.
