Pistachio Raspberry Honey Cake

Our Valentine edition has landed! This iconic cake will steal your hearts (and taste buds). Pistachio Raspberry Honey Cake is our newest addition in our honey cake family. Eight magnificent honey cake layers are filled with a luscious, silky mascarpone pistachio praline cream.

We've added extra pistachios in the layers along with our housemade raspberry compote. The entire cake is covered is a divine cream cheese buttercream infused with pistachio praline.

This fairy tale cake is topped with rose petals, chopped pistachios, raspberries and thyme.

All our products are made to order to maintain freshness. The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic free-range eggs and organic unbleached flour.
